Zhang Fuxing
Born in 1946
He now is painter in Guilin Institute of Calligraphy and Painting, vice president of Guilin Artist Association, commissioner of Guangxi People's Political Consultative Conference, member of China Artists Association.
In 1989,his painting was selected into the first National Exhibition of Mountains-and-Waters Painting of Delicate Brushwork and won the Gold Fork Prize. His painting Golden Harvest Time was shown in "Seasons in China", the National Exhibition, and won the bronze prize. And Autumn in countryside of Dong Nationality was selected to attend the National Arts Exhibition for the anniversary of Chairman Mao's speech in Yan'an Art Panel, and won the bronze prize of the exhibition and special prize of Guangxi. Late Spring in Village of Miao Nationality won the bronze prize of the first National Exhibition of Mountains-and-Waters Painting. And Spring in Country of Miao Nationality won the bronze prize of the first National Exhibition of Chinese Traditional Painting, and it also won the gold prize for art creation given by Guilin local government. His painting Stream Running Through Mountains in Autumn won winning prize in the 8th National Arts Exhibition, and it was collected by National Art Museum of China.
