Member of Guangxi branch of China's Arts Association, and Artist Association of Oriental Arts Academy, specially-engaged painter of the Cultural Market Development Center of the Ministry of Culture of the State Council, vice dean of Creation and Research Studio of Jinling Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, specially-engaged painter of Jiangsu Academy of Chinese Traditional Painting, honorary dean of Caozhou Youth Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, director of the Department of Calligraphy and Painting Research in Oriental Culture Center of Hong Kong.
He has been fond of painting since he was very young, and got the fame of painting by his own study. From the year of 1965, he began to work on artistic tutoring and creation in arts academy. And from 1972, different kinds of his works began to be shown in different levels of exhibitions and magazines in and out of Guangxi, and many awards were gained. In recent years, his works focus on traditional Chinese women. His works are brilliant in conception, beautiful in character creating, and elegant in colour. They are also full of interest and attraction for both refined and popular tastes. Especially when he ingeniously merges female body into the natural scenery, character is made to be like goddess, which becomes people's favorite.
In 2002,his works gained the gold prize of the Calligraphy and Painting Year-Display of Contemporary Famous Artists, and the silver award of the first Members’ Exhibition of the Artist Association in Oriental Arts Academy.
In 2001, the gold award of Artistic (Collection) Exhibition of the Year of Chinese Enterprise Culture went to his works.
In 2000,his paintings gained the award in Golden Monkey Art Competition of Oriental Calligraphy and Painting, and the international honorary gold award in the 2nd Worldwide Chinese Art Competition. And he has got the title of Outstanding Chinese Artist.
In 1999, the gold award of Century Talent, the National Exhibition and Competition of Calligraphy and Painting.
In 1995, the bronze prize of the Series Exhibition of Famous Artists in Chinese Art Circles went to his painting.

And he has come out many kinds of work collections. His works and art experience have been specially reported by not only many magazines including Painters of Chinese Traditional Painting, Art Palace, People Daily (Overseas Edition) ,Guilin Daily, Guilin Evening , but also Guilin TV Station.
